Return Policy

Federal Law prohibits the return of undergarments: bras, panties, corsets, bustiers, stockings, thongs and swimwear or any set that contains one or more of these items for exchange unless the item is deemed defective.

We do not accept returns on costumes.

If you need to exchange an item that is defective, please contact our customer service office for a return authorization. 

Should you recieve an item that is damaged or defective, it must be returned to our office within 7 days of receipt so that we may process an exchange.

Any returned item must have all tags and labels attached and returned in its original packaging.

Items may be exchanged for a different size.  If you need to exchange an item for a different size please contact our customer service office for a return authorization. 

There is a $20 per item shipping and handling fee for each item returned for size exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason we can issue an in-store credit for the full amount of your refund. The in-store credit will be issued to you via email as a gift certificate for purchase of any of our products.  

Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason and wish to have a refund issued to your credit card there will be a $10 refund processing fee deducted from your refund. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used when you placed your order.

In the unlikely event you order and item that has been discontinued, we will automatically cancel that item and issue a full refund for the price of that item without any refund processing fee..

If your purchase was paid through pay pal we can issue refunds back to your paypal account only. There will be a $10 refund processing fee associated with any pay pal refunds issued.
