Look at the facts. If everyone believed the way to lose weight was to eat the right foods and exercise more. Then most people would have this weight loss stuff cracked pretty quickly.
I might be a bit sceptical but it seems everyone will try pretty much anything and everything other than something we all know works. After all how did you get fat in the first place. Doing the exact opposite of eating healthy and getting exercise am I right? So isn't obvious if you did what you should have you'd lose weight?
What we never did to get fat was pop any pills or drink some strange flavored drinks did we? So why do so called weight loss experts and even supposed doctors (don't get me started with that one) contradict each other. It's just to confuse you. They all want you to be convinced that their latest weight loss solution will cut out all the effort we all hate.
I don't really get it when yet another fad diet hits the book stores and the authors expect people to follow it like they have all those before them. But it's crazy, millions do everytime.Can you remember the horrible Cabbage Soup diet?
Yes you did lose weight with it at first, but no one stuck to it. Who could stick to this sort of meal for days or even weeks no one. You would probably feel like you are carrying out some sort of punishment for being fat in the first place.
Most of these type of diets are the same you have to eat radically differently so as soon as you lose the weight or quit the diet as you get sick of it all the pounds come back in a matter of days.
People mainly women will try anything before a normal controlled eating plan such as Atkins, South Beach, Junk Food Diet (yes that's for real I brought it just for a laugh it's a diet of burgers and fries), The F plan and there are dozens more. These are just what you might call the more recognised diets.
Then we add to the confusion even more by adding in weightloss pills, diet shakes other diet products, slimming mags, plus a slew of other stuff what hope have you got of getting it right ever when everyone contradicts each other and all any of them care about is you making them rich.
BEWARE. This confusion will lead you to try anything & everything to help you lose weight, and spend hundreds or even thousands of your hard-earned money in the process.But almost all these methods will leave you still with weight problems.
